Q. Do I need register or log in to buy anything?
A. No. You can browse the site and add items to your basket. When ready to check out just add your address details and pay via PayPal. At checkout time you will be asked if you would like to create an account which will make ordering in the future easier and give you access to other features like order tracking and previous order look up.
Q. Where's is my order?
A. All orders are sent via Royal Mail from the UK. The cut off time Monday - Friday is 3pm and UK orders are usually delivered next day if ordered before that time (excluding Saturday and Sunday.)
International orders are dispatched in the same way and standard airmail takes around 10 working days, tracked and signed delivery aims to get the parcel to you in 5-6 working days. These times can vary depending on seasonal factors like Christmas and parcels will take longer on average to reach you. As of late March 2017 we have been informed that certain countries in Europe can expect to wait an extra two days for the tracked and signed service, making it now 7-8 working days for delivery.
Q. Do you accept credit cards, cheques or lovely cash?
A. No, LPM only accepts PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account the check out process will help and point you to PayPal to open an account with them which is very easy using your current bank account.
Q. Do you have a Catalogue you can send me?
A. There is no physical catalogue, 90% of the items shown on the web site are either one off's or made in low numbers and products change and come in and out of stock on a regular basis so a printed list would quickly become out of date.
Q. Can you paint me a team
A. At this time no orders are being taken for custom hand painted teams or any other items. Only products shown for sale in the shop are available.

A. The site strives to offer the best prices and service possible and the prices displayed are the best that can be offered.
