| About Us Little Plastic Men has had a web presence since 2003 with many happy customers and are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments on improving the LPM shop please email us using the link on the store page. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the LPM online shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept WorldWide payments by credit card payment via PayPal - UK buyers can pay by cheque or PayPal - Most other forms of payment can be accepted by prior arrangement. In the case of cheques, all payment details will be sent via e-mail upon checkout and please allow 7 working days for clearing through the banking system. For immediate delivery, PayPal is reccomended. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. The LPM online shop also reserves the right to cancel orders from individuals whom we would not rather deal with. Shipping And Handling Postage costs are calculated on weight, please see your cart for details on prices before buying. If you do not agree with the prices charged for postage which includes packaging materials from the UK to your destination, please empty your shopping cart. No extra handling or surcharges are made at this time (January 2008) Standard 1st class and insured options are available in the checkout for both UK and Worldwide deliveries. LPM does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged uninsured parcels, a proof of posting certificate is obtained for all non-insured parcels. In the event of loss or damage with insured postage, we will follow the preceedures set out by the Royal Mail to recover the loss on your behalf. LPM prides itself on packaging to make sure your items reach you in the same condition they left us. All teams are sent boxed with protective inner packing, while bases, figures and less fragile items are sent in heavy duty cardboard envelopes. Delivery Schedule LPM deliver your order right away upon cleared funds, normally sending your order to you in 1 business day. International orders are generally received in seven to ten working days from posting although UK to Europe can sometimes take as little as three working days. No Back Oders or commisions are taken at present. All items shown are available for sale. It takes about a minute for your oder to reach us for processing and in the highly unlikely event of an item being sold twice within that time frame, or a power failure on the local network causing a backlog of orders, you will be e-mailed with advice or a refund of out of stock items.
